What role do you play in lead?

I’ve been working with LEAD since 2024, developing the website and helping out with various tasks here and there!

Who is your favourite leader?

At the moment, Zohran Mamdani, NYC mayor! I admire his transparency, humility and determination. It’s so rare to see someone like him in US Politics, and I think gives us hope for a new generation of leaders.

Where are you leading?

I’m working as a kids and youth leader with Abbeyhill Baptist Church! It’s been great fun and is super rewarding to see such talented and engaged young people develop. I’m also a Shift Manager at McDonald’s and Central Venues, where I aim to lead my teams with integrity and humility.

Why are you excited about working with LEAD?

I’m excited about LEAD because I think that there’s so much opportunity to make positive change in the world - and empowering the next generation of leaders to achieve that is fantastic!

What is your advice to a young leader?

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes - as long as you’re accountable and learn from it, it’ll make you a better leader, and it’s a part of life!
