We are a small dedicated staff team based in Edinburgh that operates throughout the UK.
Supported by experienced trustees and local volunteers, we make a lasting impact in communities across the country.
WHAT WE DO
CREATING TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS.
Training young people to grow in their leadership, by developing their confidence, competence, and character.
We do this in three primary ways:
Delivering our flagship LEAD Course. A ready-made 4 session programme, covering key topics such as failure, leadership diversity, and spheres of influence. This has been tried, tested and refined since our launch in 2015.
Designing tailored leadership programmes. Specific to the needs of each school, we offer mentoring, Q&A panels, day conferences and induction days.
Creating leadership resources for young people. We produce interactive and engaging videos and workbooks which enhance our material and encourage students to reflect on their learning processes as they go.
WHY WE DO IT
We love empowering young people to realise their worth. To unlock their potential, understand themselves better, and lead others well. Our Christian faith fuels our belief that we all have inherent value and the power to make a difference in our world.
In the face of a global leadership crisis, we want to develop leaders who have integrity, trust and courage at their core. Leadership should not be reserved for those with privilege, stage or title. Our vision is to see leadership encouraged for all.
